Important: Veris is a wellness and personal-data platform. It is not a medical service, healthcare provider, or substitute for professional medical advice. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 (US) or your local emergency services immediately.
By creating an account, accessing, or using Veris, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and Veris's Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Veris.
These Terms form a legal agreement between you and Artemyx Labs ("we," "us," "our"), the operator of the Veris platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Veris. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older and that you are providing accurate, current information. You must keep your account information up to date.

The information Veris provides — including agent responses, dashboard insights, scores, percentile comparisons, and recommendations — is for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making medical decisions or making significant changes to your training, nutrition, or recovery practices.
You create your account using an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@artemyxlabs.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Veris accounts are personal to you. Do not share your account with anyone else.
You may close your account at any time from Settings → Data → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in abusive behavior.
Veris offers a 14-day free trial. Your payment method is captured at signup and will be automatically billed at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends. To avoid being charged, cancel your subscription before the trial period expires.
Veris offers a Standard plan ($29.99/month) and a Pro+ plan ($49.99/month). Current pricing, features, and any changes to pricing will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain access until then. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months, except where required by law.
If you purchase a Veris subscription through the Apple App Store, your subscription is managed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. To manage or cancel your App Store subscription, go to your Apple ID settings. We are not able to process refunds for App Store purchases — contact Apple directly.
You own the data and content you submit to Veris. By submitting content, you grant Artemyx Labs a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide you with Veris's services.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into Veris. Do not enter information that belongs to someone else without their consent.
You agree not to use Veris to:
Veris's AI agent is powered by a large language model and may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate responses. The agent's responses are not reviewed by a medical professional before delivery to you.
Do not rely on the agent for medical decisions, emergency guidance, or any situation where incorrect information could cause harm. Treat agent responses as one input among many, not as authoritative advice.
Veris integrates with third-party services including Apple Health, Whoop, Garmin, and Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Veris is not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
In-app purchases processed through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Veris, its design, software, scores, algorithms, and content (excluding your personal data) are owned by Artemyx Labs and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Veris without our written permission.
VERIS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT VERIS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY ACCURATE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARTEMYX LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF VERIS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO VERIS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100 USD).
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY MEDICAL, PHYSICAL, OR PSYCHOLOGICAL OUTCOMES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF VERIS, ITS AGENT, OR ITS RECOMMENDATIONS. YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR HEALTH AND TRAINING DECISIONS YOU MAKE.
You agree to indemnify and hold Artemyx Labs harmless from any claims, damages, costs, or liabilities (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of Veris, your violation of these Terms, or content you upload or submit.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Veris (or any part of it) at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect your use of the service. If we discontinue Veris entirely, we will give at least 60 days notice and provide an opportunity to export your data.
We may update these Terms as Veris evolves. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Veris after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to a change, you may cancel your account before the change takes effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Veris shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration. You agree that any arbitration or claim shall be conducted on an individual basis, not as a class action or representative proceeding.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
